The Community Connectors meetings are an opportunity for local residents to meet up and gain understanding of what’s happening on the “doorstep” , raise local issues example fly tipping, antisocial behaviour and when possible help each other out, for example, promote events, share equipment, volunteers, share top tips, etc. Meetings are friendly and informal and include representatives from Gentoo, the Police and the local council as well as others.
The meetings are open to all local residents and community groups to find out what’s going on in the area. The meetings are held every 5 weeks on a Thursday from 12:00pm until 1:00pm in the downstairs hall of Ryhope Community Centre.
Why not pop along and see what it’s all about? We’d love to see you.
